The Danish science site videnskab.dk has a monthly column — in Danish — called Kig Op ("look up") describing what's currently visible on the night sky. After its former authors known as "Stubberne" have retired, this task has been assumed by four new contributors: Ole E. Bjælde and Ole J. Knudsen from the University of Aarhus, and Johan Fynbo and Peter Laursen from the Cosmic Dawn Center at the Niels Bohr Institute.

The articles describe a handful of the most interesting phenomena visible from Denmark in a given month — both by eye, in a regular binocular, and in a small telescope — as well as the position of the planets and the rising and setting times of the Sun and the Moon.
